We have Light now
This time, I was introduced to the lighting system within unity.
First up is the monkey scene (model from Brackeys), here there is a panel on the left and right with materials attached to the panel that are set up as light sources. By adjusting the number of reflections and the amount of light per unit area, the monkey model can be given a very natural diffuse light. The maximum number of reflections here is 5. Also, while waiting for the light to bake (i.e. calculating the light reflections in the scene in advance), I found that using GPU-assisted rendering can increase the rendering speed significantly. We need RTX!
Pic 2 and 3 are both scenes that I built myself, before and after the lighting changes respectively.
